Welcome to Century Textiles PK. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • Order Validation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud etc).

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed.

  • Taxes: All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable Sales Tax (GST) as per Government of Pakistan regulations unless stated otherwise.

2. Product Representation

  • Colour Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings (mobile vs. desktop) and professional lighting, the actual colour of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses a COD parcel at the doorstep without a valid reason, Century Textiles PK reserves the right to blacklist the customer’s address/phone number for future orders.

  • Verification: We may require a verification call or WhatsApp confirmation for orders exceeding Rs. 10,000.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Customer Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed/dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Store Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, delivery area restrictions, or technical errors.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, designs, and text—is the property of Century Textiles PK. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Century Textiles PK shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the court of Faisalabad.
