Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Century Textiles PK. We aim to deliver your favourite outfits as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations within Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timelines

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 3-5 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.
Sale Periods: During peak sale seasons, delivery may take up to 7–10 working days due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 249/- applies to all orders nationwide.
Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders above PKR 10,000/-.

3. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience convenient, we offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your package arrives.
Prepaid Options: Direct Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Nayapay or Sadapay.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS and/or Email. You can track your package on our courier partner’s website (TCS, Leopard, Trax).

5. Important Delivery Guidelines

Verification: For high-value orders or first-time customers, our team may call you for order verification before dispatch.
Incomplete Information: Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.
Open Parcel Policy: Please note that according to courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the payment. If you face any issues with the product after opening, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
